Exchanges/Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on the delivery date. If you need an exchange contact us by phone or via our contact form. We'll then arrange a replacement in the shortest delay possible.

Refunds
Refunds will be done only if we can't find and provide the product that is defective or damaged. In that case, the refund will be done through the quickest payment method available.
