Delivery policy

Policy

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed & it will include your order number.
• Please make sure that your phone number is correct so that we can call you on the delivery date.
• Please ensure that your delivery address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
• Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and delivered. However during lockdowns & sanitary curfews periods, we can't guarantee this delivery delay.
• Once your order is fulfilled & ready for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
• Our team will also call you to notify the delivery. Please ensure to be available on the delivery date.
• Note that all deliveries shall be made on the ground floor if your building does not have a lift, except for people with special needs.
• If we can't contact you via phone (calls or messages) on the delivery date, your order will be cancelled.

Zones & Rates :

• We make our deliveries on Tuesdays & Fridays only.
• We deliver in these regions & towns only: Curepipe, Floréal, Vacoas/Phoenix, Quatre-Bornes, Ebène, Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill, Coromandel.
• Our deliveries are made except during lockdowns, sanitary curfews & bad/rough weather warnings.
• Our delivery fee is Rs300.

Minimum Order Amount:

• Our minimum order amount is Rs950.00 (excluding delivery fee)
