Policy
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed & it will include your order number.
- Please make sure that your phone number is correct so that we can call you on the delivery date.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
- Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and delivered. However during lockdowns & sanitary curfews periods, we can't guarantee this delivery delay.
- Once your order is fulfilled & ready for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
- Our team will also call you to notify the delivery. Please ensure to be available on the delivery date.
- Note that all deliveries shall be made on the ground floor if your building does not have a lift.
- If we can't contact you via phone (calls or messages) on the delivery date, your order will be cancelled.
Zones & Rates :
- We make our deliveries on Tuesdays & Fridays only.
- We deliver throughout the island except during lockdowns, sanitary curfews & bad weather warnings.
- Our delivery fee is Rs250.
Minimum Order Amount :
- Our minimum order amount is Rs750.00 (excluding delivery fee).
